A website inquiry or quote request does not create a service contract. Pricing, scope, schedule, and service terms are not binding until Blue Rose confirms the service details and the applicable service arrangement is accepted.
Services are subject to scheduling, location, staffing, property conditions, safety considerations, and our ability to perform the requested work. Blue Rose may decline work outside our service area, scope, or safety standards.
Blue Rose uses Buckeye's environmentally preferable cleaning product line as part of our cleaning approach. Specific products may vary by surface, client needs, availability, safety requirements, and job conditions. We do not represent that every product or service has no environmental impact.
The Blue Rose Giveback Program is a community program and is not presented as a charitable contribution program. Commercial cleaning payments are payments for cleaning services and are not represented by Blue Rose as tax-deductible charitable donations. See our Giveback Program Terms.
